Born and raised in Shreveport, LA. Graduated from The University of Alabama in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Minors in Italian and Business. Completed Yoga Teacher Training and earned a 200 hour certification at Kali Yuga Yoga in Nashville, TN. Currently teaching yoga, married, and living in Nashville, TN.
