Yoga Classes + Workshops

As a registered, certified, and insured Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, Sarie offers a variety of classes and options. Check out the weekly schedule. First time students and yogis of ALL LEVELS are always welcome to join in on the yoga love!


Due to COVID_19, in-person classes have taken a pause indefinitely.  Until we meet again, please join online classes and tutorials! All are donation-based, with a suggestion of $5 for participating.

A mixture of vinyasa flow with whatever the group collectively decides!  

$10 + includes a beer!

Find  Your  Flow: Explore the Vinyasa Flow

Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 2:00-4:00 PM (not heated)

Our bodies move so swiftly and powerfully during our practice, we tend to neglect protecting the spine and lose alignment within complex flows.  During this 2-hour immersion, yogis will dissect the “vinyasa” and how to practice it safely and effectively for any level.  This group of poses can be quite challenging, certainly when repeated excessively, so we will learn how to modify each part of the flow, while also building strength and warming up the spine.  Anyone can join this workshop and will leave sweaty and feel more confident to flow in their own skin, at their own pace!


Holiday Hip Openers

Friday, December 16, 2016 at 6:30-8:30 PM (in a heated room) 

We hear it said, “The hips carry an abundance of tension and emotion.”  Well, let’s do something about it!  Just in time for the holidays, Sarie will walk you through poses to relieve seasonal stress, improve relationships, and breathe deeply.  For 2 hours, we will gradually work stretching and strengthening the hips, which will consequently nurture the back and hamstrings.  This workshop will include focusing on poses such as lunges, splits, pigeon, and so many variations for every practice! Bring a friend, a spouse, or come alone!  Practice opening the hips, and leave feeling energized and prepared for the holidays!  


Both workshops are located at the Hot Yoga studio of Gold’s Gym Bellevue off Hwy 100.  Bring a water, a mat (or rent one at the studio for $3.00!), a towel, and an eager spirit!  $10 members/$15 non-members pay CASH/CHECK, at the door.  We’re going to have a fabulous time! 

Full Moon Meditation

FRIDAY, January 13, 2017 @ 6:30-8 PM (heated)

On Friday the 13th, the first full moon of the new year, you are invited to enjoy a heated vinyasa flow, with a longer guided meditation, and tips for setting practical intentions. The energy of the full moon lasts for 5 days and provides us an opportunity to connect with our spirit and attract positivity to our lives. Sarie will lead you through an uplifting class to help connect your intentions to the mind, body, and spirit. This workshop is for all levels and the perfect way to harness all your new year optimism into practice! Price is $15.00 – cash/check – taken at the door.

Adventure Yoga Challenge

This spring commit to challenging yourself to participate in exploring a new Gadsden outdoor destination for 11 weeks straight while also deepening your yoga practice. Classes are listed below and details are within the corresponding event (FACEBOOK) within this group. This challenge is all about utilizing the space around us, acknowledging our beautiful town of Gadsden, and gathering to enjoy it mindfully. Each class is loaded with fun, treats, friends, and of course, different styles of yoga. We thank each destination and its facilitators for allowing us to host our yoga tour Spring 2019 and each of you who are ready for an adventure.
