July is a busy month for Gadsden, Alabama and in the yoga community!! There are several opportunities to learn the art of yoga and practice in different environments. All classes taught by Sarie are open to ALL levels of yogis, ages, and genders. There is no judgement or comparison, only space for breathing and love.

At the YMCA of the Coosa Valley, Downtown Gadsden:
Classes are FREE with a membership and $5 for guests. You may bring a mat, but there are some provided in the studio. We also have blocks, straps, and blankets for yoga props!

First Fridays FREE YOGA CLASS with Sarie and GMA
This class is next Friday, July 7th, during First Friday! It will take place in the courtyard between Blackstone and Tre Ragazzi. From 5:30-6:30 pm, Sarie will be leading a free class to demonstrate what is going on inside the art museum weekly. This outdoor class is open to anyone who is interested in yoga! You can enjoy the whole practice, watch yogis move, or jump in at any time!
